Terms and Conditions

Our products are handmade so there may be some slightly variations in size and color.



Products will be ready to ship once the payment has been processed.

Please note that if there is no availability of the purchased product, we will contact you immediately and arrange a delivery time or if you want you can get a refund in the next 30 business days.



Prices are set in US dollars. Denisse Kuri® reserves the right to change prices any time without notice.



We accept the following methods of payment: American Express® , MasterCard® , Visa® , PayPal®  y SPEI® . You may cancel your order in the first 12 hours by sending an email to info@denissekuri.mx



We work with different shipment companies so we are not responsible for rates and transit times.

The client is responsible of submitting the correct delivery address.



We do not accept returns but we do accept exchanges, the product can be returned until 20 days after delivery. The client must pay the shipping and the product must be in the same conditions as when the client received it.

If the client receives the product in bad conditions he should send an email to info@denissekuri.mx in the next 48 hours which should include a picture of the damages with a brief description and we will immediately contact him.



If the client wants to do some adjustments or repair of the garment once receiving it he should send it right away to the following address: Calle Teziutlán Sur 43 Colonia La Paz PUebla, Puebla CP 72160, him being responsible for shipment.
